4 Delicious Smoothies You Should Try!

1) Raspberry Smoothie:

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana (about 6 oz.), peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat or nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries


  Directions: In a blender, whirl the banana, orange juice, yogurt,and frozen raspberries. Add ice if you´d like. Add granola and shredded coconut.


                                  

2) Green Smoothie:



Ingredients:
  • -2 small chopped kiwis
  • -½ a banana
  • -½ a cup of green apple juice
  • -½ a cup of ice
  • -tablespoon of fresh lemon juice



Directions:
Put all your ingredients in a blender and start blending them. If you want a chunky smoothie then don’t leave it blending for long. Serve it in cups and add granola pieces  


   


3) Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake

Ingredients:
  • -2 large overripe bananas, preferably frozen
  • -1 cup of almond milk
  • -¾ cups of ice
  • -¼ cup of creamy peanut butter
  • -2 tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • -½ tbs of vanilla extract

Directions: Blend all ingredients together and process until well pureed. Serve immediately



           
4) Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup of pumpkin(canned)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¾ cup of almond milk
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. of pumpkin spice
  • Pinch of ground ginger

  Directions: 
Put all ingredients in blender and
blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and enjoy!
