Ingredients:
- 1 banana (about 6 oz.), peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat or nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Directions: In a blender, whirl the banana, orange juice, yogurt,and frozen raspberries. Add ice if you´d like. Add granola and shredded coconut.
2) Green Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- -2 small chopped kiwis
- -½ a banana
- -½ a cup of green apple juice
- -½ a cup of ice
- -tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Put all your ingredients in a blender and start blending them. If you want a chunky smoothie then don’t leave it blending for long. Serve it in cups and add granola pieces
3) Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake
- -2 large overripe bananas, preferably frozen
- -1 cup of almond milk
- -¾ cups of ice
- -¼ cup of creamy peanut butter
- -2 tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder
- -½ tbs of vanilla extract
Directions: Blend all ingredients together and process until well pureed. Serve immediately
4) Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- ½ cup of pumpkin(canned)
- ½ frozen banana
- ¾ cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
- ½ tsp. of pumpkin spice
- Pinch of ground ginger
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and
blend until smooth.
